Gentle and easy classes to love our body whole.
This class will incorporate stretching our bodies to help keep the muscles, bones and joints feeling strong and healthy, followed by some movement to music for gentle cardio, coordination and fun. We always end the class with a short meditation bringing us into our presence.

This class is perfect for any one who has an injury and wants to build up to a regular exercise routine. those who want to exercise but in a more gentle manner for their body, help themselves with anxiety, depression, mental, emotional or physical stress, or a place to connect with others in joy.
